This addon provides 2 seperate bars which contain both your self-weapon buffs (rockbiter, flametongue etc.) as well as your shield spells.
Notes:
-- To move, hold down ctrl and drag with right click.
-- This should work fine with ALL language clients of wow (not tested though).
-- Keybindings are unavailable through the waterfall GUI at the moment since there seems to be an issue inputting a binding when a modifier is used (ctrl, shift or alt). Binding though chat or dewdrop menus works fine.
-- There is an option in the weapon bar config menu to turn on auto-hiding of the bar. The bar will stay hidden most of the time, until your weapon buff expires, in which case it will show again until you recast one.
-- There is a similar feature for the shield bar, however since blizzard doesn't allow hiding or showing of bars during combat, instead of the bar physically disappearing, the relevant shield icon will change to indicate which shield is active, and go back to normal when the shield buff wears off.
-- Now built upon the Ace2 Framework, which means less memory usage! Yay!
To install, copy the ShamanBuffBars folder into your Addons directory.
For example: C:/Program Files/World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons/ShamanBuffBars
Commands:
/sbb
/shamanbuffbars
Enjoy!

Patch notes for ShamanBuffBars 1.0.1
-- Basically rewrote the whole addon, based on the Ace2 Framework.
-- 2 bars merged back into the 1 addon, can configure bars seperately still.
-- Thanks to new Ace2 Libraries, new Config window and Menus.
-- Added Support for Fubar.
-- Added cyCircled support for reskinning of bars. (see cyCircled for more info at
http://files.wowace.com/cyCircled/cyCircled.zip, and download more skins at http://files.wowace.com/sw-c.html,
scroll down to the very bottom.
-- Keybindings are now working! Only via dewdrop menu (right click fubar addon or minimap button) or chat,
not waterfall GUI since there is a problem when inputting bindings using a modifier key (shift, ctrl, alt).
-- Added basic Localisation for all languages, however only the spell names are translated.
This will allow the addon to function correctly but further translation is still needed.

Keybinding through the Waterfall GUI does not allow modifiers to be used (shift/ctrl/alt), so I have disabled it for now. Keybindings can still be done through chat and dewdrop menus :)
